U.K. Orders:
Despatch is usually the same day on orders received before midday, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and will be confirmed by email.
'Guaranteed' delivery
services are guaranteed by the carrier only. Any scheduled delivery
services quoted are estimations only. Where packages are sent by Royal
mail: please note that Royal Mail DO NOT ALWAYS leave a
calling card if they are unable to complete delivery. Please contact
your local delivery office if your item does not arrive when expected
as it may be awaiting collection. Packages not called for will be
returned to us after a period of 15 working days and refunded in
accordance with our returns policy. Royal Mail will thoroughly investigate all claims of non delivery. Fraudulent claims may affect your future entitlement Royal mail services. We will also prosecute against fraudulent transactions. Postage and packing charges are
non-refundable. Orders are despatched in plain packaging. Depending on order quantity the
1 to 2 day service may not be available to Northern Ireland, Scottish
Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man & Channel Islands.
Therefore orders to these destinations may be sent via a standard
shipping service. Please contact us
for details before placing
an order to these destinations otherwise you may be overcharged for the
standard shipping service. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
International Orders:
Due to generally unexpected levels of import duty we are currently unable to ship to non E.U. countries. All overseas orders are limited to a maximum weight of 2kg. 550ml = approx. 690g, 35ml = approx 60g. If your
order is returned to us undelivered you will receive a refund minus
shipping & handling charge. Shipping & handling charges are
non-refundable. Despatch time is usually one to two working days.
Any delivery schedules quoted are a rough estimate only and are not guaranteed.
Liquid latex may be ruined if subject to temperatures below -3°C. The
potential for sub-zero temperatures should be considered
before ordering as we do not accept responsibility for the
deterioration of products in transit due to extreme conditions. Please ensure you are familiar with your countries import procedures before placing an order.
Returns
You must first contact us for a returns reference number. Please quote your order number (beginning with 'RC') and your full name, address and email address. All returns must be received within seven days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs & obtaining proof of posting. Ensure the parcel is securely packed as we cannot refund items which arrive damaged. Also attach a senders address and enclose the returns reference number. Any refund issued will exclude original postage and packing charges. Please note: We cannot refund goods if these instructions are not followed.
