U.K. Orders:
Despatch is the next working day. Occasionally we are able to despatch orders the same day. If you require same day despatch please contact us before ordering as it may not be available. 'Guaranteed' delivery services are guaranteed by the carrier only. Any scheduled delivery services quoted on this websire are estimations only. Where packages are sent by Royal mail: please note that Royal Mail DO NOT ALWAYS leave a calling card if they are unable to complete delivery. Please contact your local delivery office if your item does not arrive when expected as it may be awaiting collection. Packages not called for will be returned to us after a period of 15 working days and refunded in accordance with our returns policy. Postage and packing charges are non-refundable. Orders are despatched in plain packaging. We always prosecute against fraudulent transactions . Depending on order quantity the 1 to 2 day service may not be available to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man & Channel Islands.  Therefore orders to these destinations may be sent via a standard shipping service. Please contact us for details before placing an order to these destinations otherwise you may be overcharged for the standard shipping service. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Orders:
Liquid latex may be ruined if subject to temperatures below -3°C. The potential for sub-zero temperatures should be considered before ordering as we do not accept responsibility for the deterioration of products in transit due to extreme conditions. All orders despatched in plain packaging. Due to shipping weight restrictions we have a limit of three bottles per single non-U.K. order. You may place multiple orders but further shipping discounts are unavailable. Multiple packages may not arrive at the same time. If your order is returned to us undelivered you will received a refund minus shipping & handling charge. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Despatch time is usually one to two working days. Delivery times quoted are a rough estimate only and are not guaranteed. Overseas customers are responsible for any import taxes and fees due. Packages sent outside the E.U. will be marked 'gift' on any customs declaration.

Returns
If you wish to return an item please first contact us through this website explaining your reasons & we'll forward our designated returns address. Do not return items to our contact address. Goods must be returned unused & unopened within seven days of receipt in 'as new' condition.The buyer is responsible for the safe return of goods and for all return shipping costs & expenses. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. If your order is returned to us undelivered you will receive a refund minus shipping & handling charge.
