Terms and Conditions:
References in these terms and conditions to "we", "our" and "us" are references to
us, NMW, 3rd Floor, 36 Langham Street, London W1W 7AP. References to "you" and "customer" are references the purchaser of goods from us and users of this website. References to "contract" are references to the legally binding contract of sale between you and us. Please read these terms in full before you use this website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use, or make purchases from this website. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of these terms.
The contract of sale will commence on receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to cancel the contract of sale at any time and for any reason. The contract shall cease to be binding once payment is refunded. We are currently unable to accept payment over the phone. Orders can only be accepted via the website checkout.
Delivery of Goods:
We are unable to deliver goods to an alternative delivery address to that provided at checkout. Any such request to change or alter the delivery address will result in the contract of sale being cancelled and any payments refunded. If after sending payment you need to change the delivery address you must create a separate order for the goods required. This may cause a delay in the dispatch time quoted at time of sale. The latest dispatch information will be displayed on the individual product pages, however, this is no more than an estimation and no guarantees are made on the dispatch schedule. Orders dispatched by the courier service are only delivered on working days. Guaranteed delivery services are guaranteed by the courier only. Any scheduled delivery services quoted on this website are estimations only. We do not guarantee a delivery date as this is beyond our control. Depending on service availability we reserve the right to use an alternative courier service of similar priority to that advertised at time of sale. We shall have no liability to refund any money to you for using an alternative courier service. Where an alternative courier service is used the customer is not entitled to consider this as breach of contract. We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation for any financial loss caused by late dispatch or late delivery of goods. The customer is not entitled to consider late dispatch or late delivery of goods as breach of contract. Our liability to you shall not, in any event, include losses related to any business of yours, such as loss of profits or business interruption, neither will we be responsible to you for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these terms and conditions or our legal duties.
The term for cancelling the contract of sale and returning goods is seven working days from delivery. Notification of the cancellation should be sent by email. Customers should quote the name, email address and delivery address used when placing the order and also the invoice number, prefixed "RC". The customer will then be issued a returns reference number by email which should be enclosed with any items to be returned. When a customer exercises their right to cancel the contract, the goods must be returned to us at the customers expense, unless the goods received were not as described or not fit for purpose. It is the customers statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in their possession and to ensure they are returned to us undamaged within seven working days. We strongly advise customers to use a 'signed for' delivery service when returning goods as we accept no responsibility for the loss or damage of goods you return to us, neither shall we have liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation or refund for the loss or damage of goods you return to us. Any refund due will be paid within 30 days. The contract shall cease to be binding once payment has been refunded. These terms are in addition to your statutory rights which remain unaffected.
